An important aspect in life, is what we
put into us. And we do a hell of a lot. Words, pictures, sounds,
energy, looks and.. food! If those things correlate with the thoughts and emotions
within us, we can be able to stand still and balanced on the thin
line of a happy life. That's a challenge sometimes. A huge challenge. But it's a
mission possible.
As I am a great healthy food, especially raw vegan food, enthusiast (yet no complete follower), I love
to share delicious recipes and nutrition facts that I find important
to be conscious about. Alas, food is probably playing the main role
on this blog. I don't find my diet to be perfect, however am trying
to synchronize it with the knowledge I have about food and to improve
it because I love my body and care about it as well as about my mental health. I love food which makes us energized, pretty, keeps us young and does this crazy magic chemistry by changing our state of mind. At the same time it needs to be tasty and not too complicated.
I also like to discover everything
about psychology, physiology, spirituality and here and there I might share
some interesting links, music, books or beauty tips and maybe even some fashion.
Simply, I just try to put into myself all that's good and reject all that's negative and without virtue.

In real life I am a twenty something,
studying in a big city who enjoys books by Dostoyevsky, wine
conversations with a good friend, cooking (and blending), any kinds
of music, watching animals for hours, supporting green movements and just being a girl, painting her nails and wearing fancy dresses and being flirty and
nice to people.
Things used to be different in my life in a less positive way but I feel like now is the time to find wisdom and inner peace.
